NF Bp 65和HIF 1 在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义

　　【摘要】 目的 探讨宫颈鳞癌组织中NF-κB p65、HIF-1α的蛋白表达水平及临床病理意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学(PowerVision TM)二步法对56例宫颈鳞癌和25例正常宫颈组织进行NF-κB p65、HIF-1α蛋白检测。 结果 宫颈鳞癌组织NF-κB p65、HIF-1α的表达均高于对照组正常宫颈组织(P<0.01)。NF-κB p65的蛋白表达与患者的病理分级及有无淋巴转移存在相关性(P<0.05);HIF-1α的蛋白表达与患者的临床分期及有无淋巴转移存在相关性(P<0.05)。NF-κB p65和HIF-1α的蛋白表达呈正相关(r=0.439,P<0.01)。 结论 联合检测NF-κB p65和HIF-1α蛋白表达对诊断宫颈鳞癌的意义优于单纯检测NF-κB p65或HIF-1α蛋白表达。

　　Abstract Objective To explore the relationship between expression of NF-κB p65 and HIF-1α in tissue of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and the clinical significance. Methods The expressions of NF-κB p65 and HIF-1α were examined by immuohistochemical staining in 56 specimens of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and 25 specimens of normal cervical tissue. Results The expression rates of NF-κB p65 and HIF-1α in cervical squamous cell carcinoma appeared significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissue ( P < 0. 01) . Expression of NF-κB p65 was correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis of cervical carcinoma (P < 0. 05); Expressions of HIF-1α was correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of cervical carcinoma (P < 0. 05). HIF-1αexpression was positively correlated with NF-κB p65 expression (r=0.584, P<0.01). Conclusion The combination of NF-κB p65 and HIF-1α expression in tissue of cervical squamous cell carcinoma shown much more valuable diagnostic indicator than either NF-κB p65 or HIF-1α alone.
