前路减压植骨钛板内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折 |

【摘要】 目的 探讨前路减压、植骨融合及钛钢内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折其中的临床效果。方法 2002年1月至2006年12月，采用前路减压、植骨及钛板固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折46 例，合并截瘫34 例，椎管骨性占位，硬膜受压，但无神经症状12 例。观察其神经功能的恢复情况和局部脊柱的稳定性。结果 46 例随访1～4年，平均2.3年。伤椎高度恢复90％30 例，恢复80％16 例，X线片显示植骨均已融合，无钢板螺钉断裂和松动现象。34 例截瘫者术后脊髓神经功能按Frankel分级，除A级3 例未能恢复外，其余恢复1～2级。结论 对来自椎管前方压迫的胸腰椎骨折，前路减压植骨钛板固定具有减压彻底、神经功能改善率高、一期固定融合成功率高及脊柱稳定性好等优点，是治疗胸腰椎骨折的有效方法。

Treatment of Fracture of Thoracolumbar Vertebral Body by Anterior Decompression Combined with Autografts and Plate Internal Fixation

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical outcome of thoracolumbar fractures treated by anterior decompression，autografts and internal fixation by plate system.Methods From Jan 2002 to Dec 2006，fourtysix cases of thoracolumbar fracture were studied.Thirtyfour of them are suffered with spinal cord injuries.All cases were operated upon by anterior decompression，reduction，autogenous iliac grafting and fixation by plate fixation system.Results All cases were followed up for 1～4 years with an average of 2.3 years.No complications occurred，such as breaking of the plate and screw，30 cases of t[1] [2] [3] [4] [5] 下一页
