【摘要】 目的 应用即时血流测量技术建立冠脉移植桥血流量多重回归方程。方法 健康成年犬12只,在非体外循环心脏不停跳中行搭桥手术,术中应用即时血流测量仪(Transit Time Meter;Transonic 2000,NY.USA)对不同的狭窄级别分别运用血管活性药物和影响心率的药物产生相应的血压变化和心率变化,同时记录血管桥血流量的变化。结果 吻合口狭窄程度和动脉血压对血管桥血流量值的影响最大。可以建立血管桥血流量值与吻合口狭窄程度、动脉血压、心率间的多重回归方程:F=-14.41+0.17BP+9.57S,狭窄严重程度与桥血流量直线相关;血压与桥血流量直线相关。心率变化与桥血流量不具有统计学意义的相关性。结论 桥血流量值与吻合口狭窄程度、动脉血压之间有直线相关,提示可在人体建立桥血流的回归方程,评估血管桥通畅性。

Can we establish a multiple regression equation concerned the flow volume of coronary artery graft?
【Abstract】 Objective To establish a multiple regression equation and estimate the correlation between stenosis of anastomasis、BP and HR and flow volume of graft.Methods Twelve adult healthy dogs of both sexes weighing 27.62±1.63kg were anesthetized and their chests were opened with a medial sternotomy.There are four groups produced with four catheters divided in non-stenosis、33% stenosis、50% stenosis and 75% stenosis.Hemodynamic parameters including flow volume of graft、PI、wave of flow、heart rate (HR)、blood pressure (BP)、central venous pressure (CVP) were recorded.Results There were obvious linear correlation between anastomasis stenosis and BP with flow volume of graft.Multiple regression equation:F=-14.41+0.17BP+9.57S P<0.001.Conclusion There were obvious linear correlation between anastomasis stenosis and BP with flow volume of graft.When there are more variables,we can establish a multiple regression equation in human.
