危险因素［20］。
3.心脏移植后无菌型脑膜炎：29例心脏移植患者发生无菌性脑膜炎，其主要表现为发热和短暂神经功能缺失。腰穿脑脊液淋巴细胞增多［21］。
4.手术后手足徐动症：1例3岁男孩患先天性法洛四联症在术后发生手足徐动症，口面部运动障碍、肌张力下降等，在术后20个月基本恢复［22］。
5.手术后坐骨神经损害：表现为心脏手术后双下肢不对称性感觉和运动障碍，伴有明显烧灼样痛。电生理检查示坐骨神经近端损害。可能与手术中体位不当影响隐静脉，也可能术后未让患者及时直立活动有关。应该考虑到手术中体位不当导致周围神经麻痹［23］。
