脑卒中患者下肢运动功能 活动能力与站立稳定性的相关研究 |

摘要 目的：了解脑卒中患者下肢运动功能与站立稳定性的关系。方法：对20例脑卒中患者进行检查，下肢运动功能用FuLg-Meyer运动功能评测方法，下肢活动能力用功能独立性评测，站立稳定性用重心动摇检测仪测定。结果：20例能够行走的脑卒中患者下肢运动功能评分均在18分以上，下肢运动功能积分与站立稳定性各参数间均不相关，|r|=0.06～0.21 ,P>0.05。功能独立性评测活动项和转移项均与站立稳定性各参数值显著相关，|r| =0.83～0.57,P<0.01。结论：脑卒中患者下肢伸肌痉挛程度和分离运动程度对静态站立的稳定性无明显影响，而下肢活动能力与站立稳定性明显相关。

Abstract Objective: To determine the relationship between lower extremity motor function ability and standing stability in cerebrovascular disease.Method: 20 cases of cerebrovascular accident(CVA) who can walk independently or with aid were researched. Standing stability was measured with body center of gravity sway assessment instrument, lower extremity motor function was measured using Fugl-Meyer motor functional (FM) scores. Functional independent (locomotion transfer) were measured using Functional Independent Measure (FIM) scores.Result: All patient FM scores was above 18 score, FM score was not correlated significantly with all parameters of standing stability,｜r｜=0.06～0.21,P>0.05.FIM scores were correlated significantly with all parameters of standing stability,｜r｜=0.83～0.57, P<0.01.Conclusion: Standing stability was not affected by degree of spasticity and selective movement. Lower extremity functional ability were correlated significantly with all parameters of standing stability.

平衡功能是人体的一项重要功能，日常生活中的各种动作及站立、行走等活动均依赖于有效的平衡。平衡受前庭、视觉及本体感觉的调节，正常的神经肌肉和骨关节的功能是维持站立平衡的基本保证。肌力、肌张力的变化对站立的稳定性都有一定的影响，脑卒中后下肢运动功能障碍对静态站立稳定性的影响将是怎样的？我们通过对20例脑卒中患者静态站立重心摆动检查来进行小样本的探讨。
